Based on the results of our communication with the customer, we will develop a detailed product plan, including the structure of the product, design sketches, material selection, etc. During this stage, we maintain close communication with the customer to resolve any problems that may arise.
After the product solution has been confirmed, we will start the sampling and moulding of the samples. It takes 30-35 days to open moulds for plastic, silicone etc. After careful process making and rigorous product inspection, we will submit initial samples to the customer for evaluation.
Based on the customer's evaluation and feedback on the product samples, we will make modifications and adjustments as necessary to ensure that the product meets the customer's requirements. We will maintain close communication and make appropriate improvements until they are satisfied.
