Customised Solution Communication

Product Production Confirmation
Based on the results of our communication with the customer, we will develop a detailed product plan, including the structure of the product, design sketches, material selection, etc. During this stage, we maintain close communication with the customer to resolve any problems that may arise.
Product Proofing & Moulding
After the product solution has been confirmed, we will start the sampling and moulding of the samples. It takes 30-35 days to open moulds for plastic, silicone etc. After careful process making and rigorous product inspection, we will obtain initial samples and submit them to the customer for evaluation.
Sample Revision Confirmation
Based on the customer's evaluation and feedback on the product samples, we will make modifications and adjustments as necessary to ensure that the product meets the customer's requirements. We will maintain close communication with the customer and make appropriate improvements until they are satisfied.
Product Finalisation / Archival Production
After several revisions and confirmations, once the samples are finally approved by the customer, we will finalise the product and archive the relevant information. At the same time, we will start mass production to ensure that the customer's order is completed within the specified time frame.
